Rental appraisal questions
Is a rental appraisal the same as a valuation?
No. A rental appraisal estimates the likely market rent for your home, based on comparable homes leased nearby. A valuation of what the property is worth is a different job, done by a certified valuer.
Do I have to sign up with Distinct to get one?
No. Distinct's rental appraisals are free and carry no obligation. If you decide to go ahead, the management agreement is there for you to read in your own time.
Do you appraise properties in Queanbeyan?
