We have had a great experience renting through Distinct. In particular, I want to mention the exceptional customer service provided by Alessandra! From the time our tenancy application was accepted to the signing of the lease through to our final inspection it has been a very professional and seamless experience thanks to Alessandra. She has been very prompt and timely at actioning any maintenance requests, following up with landlord and service providers and making sure we were fully satisfied with every completed job.
