Best property management in Canberra! As a landlord, I have had quite a few negative experiences with LJ Hooker and Independent Property over the years not listening to my wishes as an owner and not following up properly with inspections/issues at the property. With Distinct, it has been an absolute dream. They take care of EVERYTHING, they actually listen to you, and they are quick to get back to every enquiry/request. The team are amazing and I recommend them to everyone! Thanks for looking after my property guys - I really appreciate it :)

Rianah always managed our property with cool professionalism. Requests were followed up when prompted. During our final, there was a dispute (as our property had changed management to distinct), however, at no point did I feel like I was arguing with Rianah. Instead, it genuinely felt like we were working through the issue together, without accusations or otherwise. I highly recommend and praise her for her diligence, professionalism, and prompt service.

We just moved into a rental property - The staff at Distinct were extremely efficient and transparent throughout the entire process. We had removalists arriving at an ungodly hour and she came and met us at the property before work to make sure we would have access. If only we could leave more stars than 5!!! :)

Despite having some issues early on in the lease due to issues outside of their control, Distinct has been amazing. As a tenant, it is great to have such a responsive and effective property manager and I would use it in the future both as a tenant and as an owner.

Amanda and Rianah are excellent and take all the worry out of managing my rental properties. They are great at keeping me informed in real-time on everything that is happening and the distinct portal is a great tool for property owners.

Distinct property has been fabulous. With their sole focus on landlords and tenants rather than sales they really deliver results. They have managed 2 properties for me and gone above and beyond with assisting in getting defects fixed in my new apartment. Nothing is too much trouble, they are friendly and knowledgeable. I've had a few agents over the years and this team are by far the best. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
