Distinct is an absolutely phenomenal property manager!! Extremely efficient, professional with a big heart. Takes care of both the landlord and tenant. As a landlord, I love how she steps up and looks after my best interest. She is knowledgeable, extremely informative, and really explains why she will take on a strategy that she does and battles for a good price when it comes to maintenance. She is fair and direct to the point. I have and absolutely will continue to recommend to all family and friends when it comes to a property manager. I cannot rate her highly enough. Disitinct Property management have been managing our rental property for over a year now. She has always been very responsive and proactive on all matters associated with the property - including initial discussions on rental approach, maintaining the current tenant and keeping them happy, managing any required maintenance items, and regularly providing comprehensive financial reporting. Communications have at all times been prompt, informative, and friendly. I was nervous about renting my property with Distinct, however, the team made it a very positive experience for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Distinct Property Management to anyone considering renting their property.

Kirsty at Distinct has managed my property for the last 5 months and I am very impressed with her diligence, energy and attention to detail. A number of tricky issues at the property were managed with patience and persistence. Distinct's landlord's portal is easy to use for day-to-day information but when contacted for any queries, Kirsty is prompt, professional and friendly in her communications. Distinct provides excellent service at reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I rented under Distinct for about 3 three years, Kirsty was Property Manager who was professional, punctual, and action correspondence quickly.

Rianah is a highly competent and diligent property manager. As tenants of a property, she responded to all our queries promptly and followed up on all maintenance issues. We had some issues early in our tenancy with other property managers but as soon as she took over it was a great experience.

Wanted to pass on our thanks to Distinct for being diligent in progressing outstanding matters and maintenance associated with our investment house (Belconnen, ACT). We have recently switched to Distinct and there have been lots of issues to deal with (many are fixes to pick up deficiencies from our last property manager). We really appreciate how proactive Distinct have been. So far we are glad we switched!
