Have been renting for a long time, and Distinct PM is a mile in front in terms of Tenant Care, Service, Availability and Accountability. The online portal is easy to use and helps communication between tenant, landlord and property manager consistent. The alerting system is very good and can be customised so that it doesn't become annoying. Our property manager is very courteous, friendly, and always alert. She responds to all of our messages promptly and makes us feel valued. Very happy Tenants here!

Taylor was overall very helpful and efficient. This team of people seems to have the motivation and politeness that a lot of other agencies are somewhat lacking. Best experience I've had with any agency, would definitely recommend.

I was self-managing my property and getting overwhelmed. I asked Distinct PM to takeover and my life got a whole lot easier. Their rates are really competitive, they're only focused on property manager (not sales too) which has a huge advantage to them looking after landlord's and tenant's needs. I had Rianah as my property manager and she was outstanding. Communication of the agency was really good too.

Amazing service from this prompt and polite team The whole process from property inspection through to lease agreement was smooth and quick. It almost felt like I was their only customer.
