Distinct Property Management, particularly Rianah, have been amazing right from the beginning. Having had some difficult experiences with property managers in the past, it has been a breath of fresh air to be taken care of by such a kind and responsive property manager. The entire renting process, including inspections, maintenance and a pet application have been dealt with professionally and with a super friendly attitude, making it completely painless and pleasant. Hi, I rented a property through Distinct PM from 2016-2018. They were great property managers, very responsive and would chase up the landlord as required. The online portal is excellent. Now leasing another property through them, and pleased to say the approval process has been fuss free. Fast, with the property manager willing to follow up on references rather than just waiting for them to come in. Can highly regard that you source your next rental property through Distinct PM! DistinctPM are the best property agents I've ever rented under. They have a very easy-to-use online portal for renters to register maintenance issues and view rental payment history. My agent Kirsty was always responsive and professional and friendly to speak with. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Very professional staff. I've been renting for 6 years but never had a service where you receive text messages and updates of when your rent is due. The tenant portal is very easy to manage maintenance requests, also I can access my inventory list and inspection reports on a click. Had our first inspection last week and all went smooth with the agent apologizing for bad timings as we just came back from school pick up. I would highly recommend Distinct Property Management and will happily use them as my property manager.
